  Bionomics and management of vegetable insect pests, plant resistance, and host plant attractants. This investigator has maintained an active research program in identification and prediction of insect population peaks, and the interactions among selected pests and hosts. He believes that serious insect threats in the future will be managed effectively only after careful biological research stimulated by collaborative efforts.
